1. Orders & Pricing
- All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a product's correct price is higher than listed, we will contact you before processing the order
- An order is not confirmed until payment is successfully processed
- Product availability is subject to change. If an item becomes unavailable after your order, we will notify you and offer alternatives or a full refund
2. Payment
- We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) via Stripe
- Financing is available through Affirm and Snap Finance, subject to their terms and approval
- In-store payments including cash are accepted at our Los Banos location
- All payment processing is handled by PCI-compliant third-party providers
3. Delivery
- Free drop-off delivery is available within the Central Valley, Bay Area, and Fresno region
- Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed
- You are responsible for inspecting items upon delivery and reporting any damage within 24 hours
- Assembly service is available for $99 per order
4. Returns & Cancellations
No returns or cancellations are accepted beyond 24 hours from the time of order. Please review your order carefully before confirming. Contact us within 24 hours at (209) 827-4076 if changes are needed.
5. Product Descriptions & Images
We make every effort to display product colors, dimensions, and descriptions accurately. However, actual colors may vary due to monitor settings, and minor variations in furniture dimensions are normal. Product images may show styling accessories that are not included with the item.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
