    • We do not accept returns or cancellations more than 24 hours after purchase. To provide the most competitive pricing, all sales are final.

    • If the product arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it with a new item within 7–14 days, subject to stock availability. All furniture purchases include a one-year manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.

    • To ensure your satisfaction, we recommend measuring your space and comparing it to the product dimensions listed on our website before purchasing.

  • What does the warranty cover?

    • Our one-year manufacturer’s warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship. It does not cover damage due to misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear. Less than 1% of our customers experience warranty issues, and our team handles all claims directly, so you don’t need to contact the manufacturer.

  • How does delivery and assembly work?

    • Delivery: Most products are delivered free of charge within 1-3 days in their original packaging to locations within 75 miles of Los Banos, California (covering Fresno, most of the Bay Area, and the Central Valley). Ashley brand products may take 7-21 days for delivery.

    • Assembly: For a flat fee of $99, our assembly service includes unpacking the product, assembling it, and removing all packaging materials. If you opt out of the $99 assembly service, the product will be delivered in its original packaging, and you will be responsible for assembly and disposal of packaging materials.
